Who is this for?
Immigrants and residents buying a home in Portugal who refuse to arrive with incomplete paperwork. It serves one or two holders, employment contracts or green receipts, and people still searching for a property.
Which documents will I need?
In general: ID, NIF, address, IRS, proof of income, statements, and the Bank of Portugal responsibilities map. If a house is in view, add CPCV, property booklet, and licences. The exact list follows your profile.
What does it cost?
It is free. You pay nothing to create the dossier or upload documents.
Do banks see what I upload?
We do not send the dossier to banks automatically. You keep the files to use when you talk to the bank, the agent, or the human review you request.
