Who it's for

For people building a life — and a home — in Portugal.

Minha Terra comes from the imigrei house: tools built by immigrants. It is for people who will apply for a home loan and refuse to walk in with a messy inbox and missing pages.

Immigrants and residents

Portuguese citizenship, a residence permit, a visa, or still clarifying status. Banks ask this before they look at income. The list includes the right title for your case.

One or two holders

The household may depend on one person or two. The list follows the holders, without requiring that you already picked the property.

Contract, green receipts, or mixed income

Employment contracts, independent work, services, savings, or family support change what is asked. We do not treat every profile as the same bank form.

Still searching, or already on a CPCV

If you are still looking, we ask for the loan pack. If a CPCV is in play, we also show what agents and credit will ask next. Searching users are not blocked.

This is not for you if…

You need a bank to decide the loan, a credit intermediary, or legal advice. Minha Terra gathers papers. The decision stays with whoever grants the credit.
